Delete your account?

Deleting your account will remove your profile and matches from the dating experience, end your OnePlusOne access, and start deletion of your account data in accordance with our retention policy.

Any First Light or Early Risers benefit is permanently forfeited.

IMPORTANT: Deleting your OnePlusOne account does not cancel an active subscription or stop billing. You must cancel separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The retention schedule itself will be published with the Privacy Policy. Until then, this page states what deletion does to access, matches, and any founding benefit.

Choices in the app

Account deletion is confirmed in the app. That confirmation offers:

• Manage subscription
• Continue with account deletion
• Keep my account

Manage subscription opens the store subscription settings. To cancel a recurring OnePlusOne subscription, open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings and select OnePlusOne. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Canceling a subscription does not itself delete your OnePlusOne account.
